		<description>I totally agree, Adi. Whenever I hire people, I always ask them how they approach differences, particularly in multiculturalism. That&#039;s what I call &#039;international mindset.&#039; Without it, it&#039;s very hard to compete internationally. We certainly don&#039;t want to be living in a golden cage where we merely see the goods of ours and the bads of others. We need to see and acknowledge the goods of others and the bads of ours as well.
